Donation Terms

These terms concern donations to ISKRA ASSOCIATION, UIC 208183744, at 12 Doctor Piskulev Street, entrance A, apartment 25, Varna, Bulgaria. Contact the Spark team at office@spark-network.eu.

Your donation

Donations support Spark Network’s educational activities. They do not buy a course or other service. Donors must be at least 18 and authorised to use the selected payment method. Check the amount, currency and one-time or monthly choice before confirming payment.

One-time and monthly payments

Stripe processes the payment. A one-time donation authorises the selected amount once. A monthly donation authorises that amount each month until cancelled and requires a Spark account. Payment confirmation may require additional verification from your bank. A pending or failed payment is not a completed donation.

Stopping monthly donations

You can request cancellation through your account’s subscription controls or contact office@spark-network.eu. The account control schedules cancellation at the end of the current billing period. Check the cancellation confirmation and effective date. Cancellation stops future renewals once effective; it does not itself refund earlier payments. Contact us promptly if a cancellation fails or a charge appears incorrect.

Mistakes and refund requests

If a donation was duplicated, unauthorised or made in error, contact us with its date, amount and confirmation reference. Do not send full card details. The Spark team will review the request and explain the outcome. Where a refund is approved, it is processed through the payment provider; bank processing times vary. Nothing here limits any mandatory rights or payment-dispute remedies available to you.

Records and privacy

We provide a donation confirmation using the email address supplied. A confirmation is not a guarantee of tax deductibility; tax treatment depends on the donor’s circumstances and applicable law. We use donation information as explained in the Privacy Policy and retention policy. Accepting these terms does not consent to analytics or advertising.

These donation terms are separate from the course and platform terms. Bulgarian law applies subject to mandatory protections available to you. Changes to these terms do not retrospectively change a completed donation or authorise a different monthly amount.
